Yay!! A Cyber Dark deck with Dragons in it. Its refreshing to see someone actually got the point of the Cyber Dark monsters. All this deck really needs is draw power. Be on the look out for the next structure deck, Revival of the Great Dragon. It has some cool stuff and a few new Dragons. Gray Wing's effect simply isn't reliable. Spear Dragon's is.

LV3 isn't necessary here and it usually dies w/o its effect anyway. Summoning it with Masked Dragon isn't a guarantee(i.e. Smashing Ground, Fissure, etc).
